In 2010 they re-enlisted lead singer, Joey Belladonna, who contributed vocals on Anthrax’s breakthrough album, Among the Living, and in 2011 they released their first album in eight years entitled, Worship Music, which shows the band revisiting their intense thrash metal style that made them so renowned. They kept the mosh pit going for the entire night. This was my 5th time seeing them, I think it would have been a much more exciting show if it were outdoors. Making up one quarter of Thrash Metal’s big four, alongside other huge names like Metallica, Megadeath and Slayer, Anthrax are a sonic force to be reckoned with. Flashy lights, flags and stacks of amps (most of which are not plugged in and only for show (did you guys know that about concerts?)) Their music went straight to my heart and soul, the drums screwed up my brain in a very exiting way and their stage performance made me the happiest fan on earth.Absolutely astonishing show, as expected. Mosh pits, crowd surfing, pogo-ing and fist pumping throughout and afterwards myself and nearly everyone around was dripping in sweat and smiling from ear to ear. Joey belladonna played the crowds energy levels up and Scott ian played like the legend he is.
If I need to compare the energy that I felt during the whole concert, I can just think about Motörhead right now.Connection with the audience was amazing since the very first song, Belladona and Ian are part of the history of trash metal, and they showed to all of us why, what a couple of frontmans!

Main event, metal legends Anthrax started the show with a compilation of their songs, both new and old. Be All, End All and Fight 'em 'til You Can't were the highlights for me.
