Though I do understand that some whom do not smoke still complained and I agree it could have been in a better ventilated area, but being close to the bar was huge plus. There is no pool. The area includes shade umbrellas but, as we quickly discovered, they are rarely put out for use. Also available towards the bow at the buffet is soft serve ice cream cones. Attempting to go cross ship in cabin hallways resulted in needing to move multiple carts so we could get through. Was it full even once, no. Also, making reservations for the Go-Carts and Laser Tag didn't matter, because you still had to wait at least a half hour after your scheduled time slot. But not very many people did that. Pros: beautiful decor and public areas. My experience with the service on the ship was positive from bartenders, servers to the cabin steward and the coordinator assigned to the solo travelers who tended to the solo guests. Sometimes they were in the shade and I moved up when people moved. The jogging track is a joke how short it is because the pool area is so small (because of the Haven and Track) Daily activities basically trivia, bingo and spa/shopping seminars. The large public spaces allowed for lots of social interaction or not. The room stewards did a great job of making sure our beds were made and turn-down service done each night when we got to our rooms. We took our 7 year old because she loves musicals and didn’t find the content all that inappropriate actually and the language was much better than other shows we’ve seen. The lines for this were shorter than I expected and I was able to get most of my reservations quickly and easily. - We got passes to the Vibe Beach club, if your favorite thing on a cruise is to lay out in the sun, definitely consider spending the extra money for the Vibe. I will continue to sail with NCL in the future.
