At school, her only friend figure skater Lily is possessive of her boyfriend Sean. It doesn't take long to discover that those who have their picture taken with it, soon die. Novice (only his 2nd full length film) director, writer and producer Assaf Bernstein did a fantastic job with this film. It's a super serious film but completely done in a unique way. What I really found unappealing was that at first there was a sort of evil cleverness happening that was fun to watch. ....a true WTF moment. No lights is recommended and have a date on standby! Look Away (originally titled Behind the Glass) is a 2018 Canadian psychological horror drama film. It was certainly interesting, and I understand that a story has to have some kind of direction and attempt to be confident. She took the life that she never had and made the most out of it. Argentina:16 Australia:M Brazil:16 Colombia:15 Germany:16 Japan:R15+ Directed by Monty Whitebloom, Andy Delaney. But this film was nothing but freaky Friday aka Trading places with Micheal Jackson starting with the man in the mirror nonsense. Less would have been much more. Terrible. The main character is a loser. Her mother Amy (Mira Sorvino) is struggling with depression. In a highly regimented boarding school, a pair of students discover that things are not as they seem. Drama Lame. It was certainly interesting, and I understand that a story has to have some kind of direction and attempt to be confident. The mirror scenes could have been spookier perhaps. Maybe someone else can explain, because I simply didn't get it. If the writing and directing had been a little more creative and realistic, it could have been a great movie. First chance she enters and discovers what might be human cloning. What's good here is the storyline is well built, do not expect jumpscares but instead prepare yourself for some great tension going on. A brilliant man marries a beautiful woman and shows her his home, stating that it's all hers - except a room she can't enter. If the story line was stronger it could have been a wonderful thriller that would stand the test of time. If you like really dark and realistic films this is for you. Help Center Contributor Zone Polls. the story is practically identical. Or that this could be her having a mental breakdown and absorbing the past out of angst ( without spoilers). Nonetheless, worth a watch. Perhaps this was intentional on the part of the writers. It kept my attention the whole movie, and with India that's not hard to do.
